Food Riot Slow Food Dinner catered by Chef Todd Jacobs

A Food Riot Dinner, benefiting Slow Food East End, is the featured event at the Hamptons Preventative Health & Sustainable Technology Expo to be held at Dodds & Eder in Sag Harbor on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28. The expo is sponsored by Turtle Shell Health.

The Food Riot is a casual dinner party that benefits Slow Food East End and features a keynote, live music, a raffle, and lots of great food & drink. Chef Todd Jacobs of Fresh Hamptons has prepared an amazing menu featuring local seasonal foods and wines - "Comfort food that's healthy. Healthy food that's irresistible." 
Cocktail Hour and Appetizers from 5:30 - 7:00 pm - tickets for the cocktail party are sold separately at $75.00 each.

Family Style Dinner and Keynote Speaker from 7:00 - 9:00 pm - ticket for the dinner includes the cocktail hour. Cost is $150 each.

Chef Todd Jacobs has been an active member of Northeast Organic Farmers Association (NOFA) since the inception of the Long Island chapter in 1990. He was recently presented with the first ever "Green Skillet Award," an honor given for outstanding support and belief in promoting local produce. His new restaurant, Fresh Hamptons, is located at 203 Bridgehampton/Sag Harbor Turnpike in Bridgehampton.
