New Restaurant Coming to Capri
ESquared Hospitality's BLT Steak to open in time for Memorial Day in the former Nobu space.
Poolside dining at motel and bathing club Capri Southampton will have a whole new menu this summer, as BLT Steak takes over the space that formerly hosted Nobu at Capri.
The pop-up restaurant is a steakhouse by Jimmy Haber and Keith Treyball's ESquared Hospitality, a firm with more than two dozen restaurants spread over two continents, including the flagship BLT Steak in Manhattan.
At Capri, the new BLT Steak will offer indoor and patio seating and a full menu at the bar. At the outdoor bar and lounge, there is a small plates selection.
BLT Steak will be open May 23 through Labor Day.
David Edelstein, Jackie Mansfield and Steven Kamal's Capri, located at 281 County Road 39A, includes 31 guestrooms and a pool that is a Hamptons social scene hotspot.
