<strong><br>The Team</strong><br>Joan and Paul Robinson are active real estate managers, investors, and partner-brokers of Southampton Village Real Estate, and are associate brokers with Agawam Realty in Southampton.  They were first licensed as real estate agents over 35 years ago. Joan and Paul reside in Southampton, where they raised their two daughters, Polly &amp; Sarah, who still live and work locally.

Their listings typically sell within 90 and 180 days and within 95% of the asking price.<br><br><strong>Civic-Minded</strong><br> Paul is a former Village Trustee and served as Deputy Mayor, Chair of the Village Board of Assessment Review, and Commissioners of the local Fire Department and Ambulance Corps.  Continuing to support their community, Paul &amp; Joan donate 10% of their commission to a local charity every time they facilitate a real estate purchase or sale.<br><br><strong>Background</strong><br> Joan received a B.A. and M.A. from SUNY Stony Brook where she was an art and sociology major.  She is a gifted Accredited Staging Professional and has successfully furnished, decorated, and marketed numerous Southampton homes.  Paul grew up on the South Fork where his father was an active real estate investor and licensed Realtor.  He is a graduate of the Southampton Public Schools and received a B.S. from Cornell University with a specialization in marketing, and a M.A. from SUNY Stony Brook.<br><br><strong>Activities </strong><br>Together, Joan &amp; Paul enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including biking, hiking, and gardening.  In the summer you will find them sailing, fishing and clamming our local waters.
