Exercise helped me recover from cancer.
Hello,
I am a 10 year cancer survivor. Heading into recovery, I decided to start exercising and follow a well-balanced diet. Having gone through all the treatments, chemotherapy, radiation, etc. I became very weak and couldn't climb a flight of stairs.
I decided to slowly start exercising. Working out for 5 minutes at a time, would exhaust me and I would have to stop and rest. Eventually, I worked my way up to 90 minutes. I can now do 75 consecutive push ups.
Having almost kissed the face of death, I am now fearless and don't sweat the small stuff!
