To graduate, students are required to complete hours of community service. Because Pierson is a small school, its athletes participate in sports teams that are also made up of Bridgehampton High School and East Hampton High School students.</p> <p>The principal is George Nichols, and Gary Kalish is the assistant principal.</p>
