<p>A landing fee is automatically charged using a camera that reads helicopters' tail numbers. The landing fee is $100 for planes less than 5,000 pounds and $150 for plans weighing more than 5,000 pounds, and is billed by Vector Airport Solutions.</p>
<p>Landings are restricted to between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. and idling on the pad is limited to 5 minutes. All approaches must come from the north and departures must leave northbound.</p>
