By the time they reach middle school, students are nearly fluent in both languages.

It is located beneath Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary's parish hall.</p> <p>HRH organized a program at Southampton Elementary school called After School Academy that provides tutoring for children whose families normally couldn't afford it. Other programs include Serve Our Seniors, performing maintenance on homes of seniors living on a fixed income, and Care for the Caregiver, which delievrs hot meals to the terminally ill and their families.</p> <p>Every December Human Resources holds The Polar Bear Plunge, a dip in the ocean at Coopers Beach in Southampton Village. Participants donate a minimum of $25 to participate or get sponsors, and the proceeds benefit the food pantry.</p> <p>The executive director is Mary Tupper.</p>
