The Sag Harbor Ambulance Building is located on Columbia Street behind the Sag Harbor Fire Department Headquarters onMore Brick Kiln Road. The corps was founded in 1932 and the current ambulance barn was dedicated in 1992 to John A. Schoen.

Southampton Volunteer Ambulance, not to be confused with Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance, is a volunteerMore corps in the hamlet of North Sea. The corps's service area covers approximately 48 square miles and borders to the north with Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance, the the east with Bridgehampton Fire Department,  to the south with Southampton Village Volunteer Ambulance and to the west with Hampton Bays Volunteer Ambulance.</p> <p>Southampton Volunteer Ambulance answers nearly 800 calls each year. The corps has three advanced life support ambulances, two advanced life support first responder vehicles and two basic life support first responder vehicles. There are approximately 50 volunteer members.</p>

Bridgehampton Fire Department, a volunteer fire service, has eight companies: Ambulance Company, Dive Team, Fire Police,More Light & Hose, Mack Company, Packard Company, Rescue Squad and Tanker Squad. The department serves Bridgehampton and Sagaponack and parts of Water Mill and Wainscott. It often provides mutual aid to Southampton and Sag Harbor fire departments. The current firehouse was built in 1983. The department has a Little League field behind the firehouse. The chief is Richard Thayer and Steve Halsey if chairman of the <a href="http://bridgehamptonfiredistrict.com">board of fire commissioners</a>.
