Because the school has just 170 students, most of its sports teams are shared with East Hampton High School and/or Pierson High School in Sag Harbor. However, Bridgehampton does have a very competitive boys basketball team, The Killer Bees, which has won several state championships. Out-of-district students are accepted for a tuition fee. The superintendent is Dr. Lois Favre and the principal is John Pryor.
