The Bridgehampton Union Free School District serves children from 3-year-old pre-kindergarten through 12th grade at itsMore school on Montauk Highway. The school features an "edible garden," and its fresh vegetables are served in the school cafeteria. Because the school has just 170 students, most of its sports teams are shared with East Hampton High School and/or Pierson High School in Sag Harbor. However, Bridgehampton does have a very competitive boys basketball team, The Killer Bees, which has won several state championships. Out-of-district students are accepted for a tuition fee. The superintendent is Dr. Lois Favre and the principal is John Pryor.

Kempen's passion for, and knowledge of, food and cooking is offered to her customers, as is a cooking school at the Bridgehampton Inn and a food shop in Sagaponack. All are available year-round, seven days a week.
Pierson Middle School

Pierson Middle School shares a building with the Sag Harbor School District's high school. It has an active PTSAMore and a close relationship with Bay Street Theatre for after-school performing arts programs and internships. Pierson also offers English as a second language, or ESL. Because it is a small school, the Pierson athletes participate in sports teams that are also made up of Bridgehampton and East Hampton students.

The principal is George Nichols, and Barbara Bekermus is the assistant principal.
