Bay Street Theatre

Bay Street Theatre is a 299-seat not-for-profit theater founded by Sybil Christopher, Stephen Hamilton and Emma Walton.More Bay Street's Mainstage series features three plays and/or musicals a year with professional actors. Celebrities who have acted in or directed Mainstage plays include Alan Alda, Mercedes Ruehl, Darrell Hammond and Richard Kind. The "Literature Live!" series is geared toward middle and high school students and the plays are coupled with lesson plans. The Bay Street Picture Show screens classic films for just $5. The theater also offers workshops, children's theater camps and internships.
Long Wharf

The Long Wharf reaches out into Sag Harbor Bay. There is shopping and restaurants on the wharf, as well as the BayMore Street Theatre. There is ample, free public parking, though there is a time limit during the day time.
Pierson Middle School

Pierson Middle School shares a building with the Sag Harbor School District's high school. It has an active PTSAMore and a close relationship with Bay Street Theatre for after-school performing arts programs and internships. Pierson also offers English as a second language, or ESL. Because it is a small school, the Pierson athletes participate in sports teams that are also made up of Bridgehampton and East Hampton students.</p> <p>The principal is George Nichols, and Barbara Bekermus is the assistant principal.</p>
