Located at the south end of Halsey Neck Lane, Halsey Neck is an unprotected Southampton Village beach. A village beach sticker is required to park between 9am and 6pm between the Friday before Memorial Day until the middle of September. Surfcasting, launching power boats and surfing outside of designated areas are prohibited during these times. Parking stickers are available at village hall and Coopers Beach, free for village residents and at a cost for residents of the Southampton School District and Southampton Fire District, and at a greater cost for summer visitors.<br /><br />Camping, alcohol bonfires, erecting tents, playing hardball, littering, unleashed animals and nudity are prohibited at all times.<br /><br />There is drive-on access, but both a Southampton Village and a Southampton Town Trustees 4x4 beach driving permit are required. There's an air filling station for cars to refill their tires.
