Conscience Point Marina, owned and operated by the Town of Southampton, is on North Sea Harbor. It was originally a shipyard but was purchased by the town in 2003, using the Community Preservation Fund. It has 64 slips, available to town residents by lottery. There are gas and diesel pumps for refueling, bathrooms and showers, and gazebos and picnic tables with barbecue pits. There is a boat ramp, but a Southampton Town Trustees launch permit is required, and the Town Trustees and Boy Scout Troop 58 are working to establish an oyster reef in the harbor. The Conscience Point Historic Site is adjacent to the marina.
