Animals lovers gathered Saturday afternoon for the grand opening party for the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation's two new thrift shop locations in Southampton Village at 85 and 87 Jobs Ln.
Two of the shelter's cats and a litter of 6-week-old terrier-mix puppies, who were rescued from a kill shelter in Georgia, were on display at the event for anyone who may wish to adopt them.
Other dogs who attended the festivities includes Baxter, a West Highland terrier , which was donated to the East Hampton Library.
