"The Wiz" is coming back by popular demand.
On August 11, 2012, the Hamptons Foundation For The Arts presented an outstanding production of "The Wiz" where they received a standing ovation from the entire audience.
The audience included a few special invited guest some including Princess Angelique Monet, RayMartell Moore, the parents and brother of Grammy Award winner Chrisette Michele.
The best thing about this production opening during the 2013 season of Black History Month is that it is starring Southampton's Own Tanisha Wingfield- Highsmith. Tanisha is a graduate of Southampton High School. This young lady is a must see.
