The ASPCA Adoption Day program will take place at the horse show.
Three local animal shelters and five local horse rescue groups will have animals on site. Celebrity hosts include ASPCA Equine Welfare Ambassadors and top international riders Georgina Bloomberg and Brianne Goutal, "Today Show" correspondent and author Jill Rappaport, and actress and ASPCA supporter Aida Turturro.
Dr. Pamela Corey, director of equine veterinary services for the ASPCA, will answer questions, and Jacque Schultz, ASPCA equine grants officer, will address how the ASPCA Equine Fund helps rescues and sanctuaries across the country sustain their life-saving programs.

Also, the finals of the Long Island Horse Show Series for Riders with Disabilities will take place at the Hampton Classic Horse Show in Jumper Ring 2.
There are no other competitions scheduled for the day.
