Archive Video: Motorcyclists Race in Bridgehampton
YouTube user unearths 1997 video of the Bridgehampton Race Circuit.
The Bridgehampton Race Circuit is but a memory.
It was located where The Bridge golf course is now, according to Bridgehampton Racing Heritage Group.
YouTube user Mark Sunshine last week uploaded a video taken during a motorcycle racing event at the track. The video is dated 1997, just two years before the construction of the golf course began. The footage was transfered from a VHS tape, to a DVD, then eventually to a computer file to be put online.
