Happy Sunday, Children and Family Programs for June 9th!

Children and Family programs, events and activities throughout the Hamptons.


Sunday, June 9th:

  • EXPANSIVE FIELD WORKSHOP, Throughout her "EXPANSIVE FIELD" project, SoFo's first artist-in-residence, Christine Sciulli, will be holding interactive light and sound workshops in the SoFo Barn Studio, Admission to the Barn Studio is free.   • Southampton Farmers' Market, 25 Jobs Lane, West Side of Ground of the former Parrish Art Museum, Familiies, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
  • John Jermain Library, Games Unpluggued - Get away from screens (TV and computer) and challenge your friends or family to a friendly board game competition. We’ll provide a variety of games including Chutes & Ladders, Candyland, Apples to Apples and others. All you have to do is have fun! No advance registration necessary, Ages 3-9 Years Old, 3:30 p.m.
  • John Jermain Library, Paper Beads - Did you know that you can transform paper into spectacular beads? Find out how in this fun craft. Please register in advance, Ages 5-9 Years Old, 2:30 p.m.
  • The Green Thumb, Pony Rides, Fee: $6.00, Ages 2+, 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. (829 Montauk Hwy, Watermill)

Hamptons Mamas has another great new team member, Music By The Dunes with Ina Ferrara!  The Joy of Family Music – Join Ms. Ina with this popular Early childhood music and movement program for children newborn through age 5 and their Parents or Caregivers. Singing, dancing, rhythmic chants, instrument play and movement are explored in a fun, educational environment. Information with program locations, website and e-mail will be posted on Hamptons Mamas no later than Friday morning.  So look for Music By The Dunes program listings!  

Quick reminder Hampton Mamas is hosting another C.P.R class instructed by Tom Fields on June 21st from 7:00 p.m. - 10p.m.  Reservations are required, email me at sofia@hamptonsmamas.com
