Tuckahoe School News - Week of April 22-26

The following students are participating in this year’s sports spring 2013 at Southampton Intermediate School: Girls Lacrosse - Madison Platt & Julee Tlapanco; 8th Grade Baseball - Paolo Caglioti, Raul Guevara, Daniel Quezada, Devon O'Brien, Oscar Ramirez, Joseph Riccardi, Frederick Schneider, Reagan Soledad; Tennis - Jaden Cajthaml, Joseph Gulli, Justin Hadix, Alex Prag, Richard Ruhling, Nicolas Westerhoff; Track - Andrew Carter, Michael Finalborgo, Ted Jennings, Joshua Reyes, Ben Taraku; 7th Grade Baseball - Derek Espinosa, William Flynn, Mauricio Guevara, Christian Miller, Nosh Miny, Nicholas Pazera, Thomas Steinbrecher; Softball - Keilyn Castillo, Sita Kadash, Janet Soledad. Tuckahoe’s 3rd Annual “Taste of Tuckahoe” event is approaching! Friday, April 26th, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m., 230 Elm, Southampton, $35 in advance / $40 at the door. A night of food, drink, and fun, the Taste of Tuckahoe is the PTO’s major fundraiser for the Tuckahoe School, and all proceeds made from the event this year will go towards updating and adding to the school’s technology. The night includes both Chinese and Silent Auctions, and music by DJ Chris Cenzoprano. Don’t miss THE event of the season! Parent/Teacher conferences for the 3rd marking period are being held on Thursday, May 2nd and Friday, May 3rd; early dismissal for students will be at 11:23 a.m. Our PTO Plant Sale this year will be held on Thursday, May 9th & Friday May 10th on the front lawn of the school.
