and present "Heroic Students," part of the project. Students, guided by teacher Melissa Mitchell, crafted 2,500 bones out of clay to represent lives lost during the Holocaust and other genocides. The exhibition opened Saturday afternoon and will be on view between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. through June 30. In 2013, the bones will be displaying in Washington, D.C., along with bones made by students across the country.
