Lady Mariners Defeat Southold in Small Schools Playoff
Southampton girls advance to face Elwood-John Glenn.
The Lady Mariners, the Class-B champs, defeated Class-C-D champs the Southold First Settlers on Saturday in Patchogue, 56-21, reports.
The Lady Mariners will now go up against Elwood-John Glenn, the Class A title holders, on Wednesday at 5 p.m. at in the Small School Championships.
The victors Wednesday will face either or Hauppauge in the Section XI championship.
