After seven years as a member of the Board, Elizabeth Kotz has resigned, reports.
Kotz stepped down at the end of June, saying she wants to spend more time at home, according to The Express.
Kotz won a for a third three-year term in May 2011, in an unopposed race.
Prior to joining the School Board, Kotz was a member and co-president of the Parent Teacher Organization and served on the district’s Site Based Management Committee.
At the School Board's July 10 reorganization meeting, Gabriela Braia, who unsuccessfully , was sworn in to fill Kotz’s seat, The Express reports.
