Knots for Naturalists

Knots for Naturalists is for 6 and older and adults. Capts. Mark Tompkins and Bob Sullivan of Sag Harbor Sailing will be teaching the hands-on class. You'll learn to tie eight key knots: the slipknot, the figure 8-knot, the square knot, the clove hitch, the cleat hitch, the running hitch, the trucker's hitch, and the bowline.

Reservations are required. There is no charge for SoFo members, but non-members are $7 per adult, $5 per child 12 to 3 years of age, 2 and under are free.
