David Diskin will lead a Jewish Meditation Circle on Tuesdays in January at 7:30 p.m. and on Jan. 8 at 9 a.m.
For more than 25 years, Diskin has studied with Zen and Buddhist masters. In a press release, he said, "This class is an opportunity to share the experience of Jewish meditation. We are both reviving ancient practices and incorporating meditation styles from other traditions." The class will explore the Torah and include some chanting.
