Girls Night Out: Yoga and Open Forum

The Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute will host an evening of wellness, starting with a yoga class, then an open forum on "Women's Heart Health" with Jessica Swiatocha, a family nurse practicioner. Pre-registration recommended.
