FEAR AND LOATHING: A LECTURE BY GILLIAN TETT
Gillian Tett, US managing editor of the Financial Times, will address the current economic crisis with a talk titled Fear and Loathing: Can the U.S. and European Governments Fix the Global Economic Mess. An award-winning journalist, Tett is widely credited with being the first to cover the credit crunch in the mainstream press. She won the UK Speechwriters’ Guild Business Communicator of the Year 2012, the Journalist of the Year at the British Press Awards 2009, British Business Journalist of the Year in 2008, and the Wincott prize in 2007.
