“The butcher, the baker and the mozzarella maker”—otherwise recognized as three chef-owners of Red Horse Market in East Hampton—will be featured in the next session of East End Chefs at Old Whalers’. The class will feature dishes from different departments in the store such as Pasquale’s famous homemade mozzarella, Joe’s cold seafood salad with orzo pasta, and Billy’s Key lime parfait.
