“The butcher, the baker and the mozzarella maker”—otherwise recognized as three chef-owners of Red Horse Market in East Hampton—will be featured in the next session of East End Chefs at Old Whalers’. The class will feature dishes from different departments in the store such as Pasquale’s famous homemade mozzarella, Joe’s cold seafood salad with orzo pasta, and Billy’s Key lime parfait. Water and wine will be served throughout the evening. Space is limited; reserve in advance by calling Lillian at 631-553-6515. Pay at the door (cash, check). Proceeds benefit the Community House Fund at Old Whalers'; contributions to CHF are tax-deductible.
