Chef-owner Arthur Wolf from Smokin' Wolf, formerly Turtle Crossing, in East Hampton will prepare cowgirl quesadilla made with caramelized onions, guacamole and mango salsa, an organic salad served with Arthur's corn bread, a pulled-pork slider served with slaw and, for dessert, Valhrona chocolate marble swirl brownies.
