EAST END CHEFS AT OLD WHALERS'

Paul LeBue, formerly at Beacon in Sag Harbor and Nick & Toni's in East Hampton and now the new catering chef at Wainscott's famous Seafood Shop, will demonstrate the preparation of halibut ceviche, Thai curry soup, miso salmon and Key lime cheesecake. Wine and water will be served throughout the evening. Space is limited; reserve in advance by calling Lillian, 631-553-6515 and pay at the door (cash or check). Proceeds benefit the Community House Fund.
