EAST END CHEFS AT OLD WHALERS'

Damien O’Donnell, a graduate of the Culinary Institute and chef and partner in the Harbor Grill in East Hampton, will present this month’s class. Old Whalers’ Church is located at 44 Union Street in Sag Harbor. The menu will include pistachio-crusted oysters, flash-seared tuna poke and fresh shrimp with pasta in a light tomato sauce. For dessert he will prepare fresh berries sabayon. Water and wine will be served throughout the evening. Space is limited; reserve in advance by calling Lillian at 631-553-6515. Pay at the door by cash or check. Proceeds benefit the Community House Fund at Old Whalers’, established to improve and maintain the facilities used by many community groups that serve several hundred people each week. Contributions to the Community House Fund are tax deductible.
