The girls, who were crowned Suffolk County Class B champions after defeating Hampton Bays Tuesday, will take on the Southold First Settlers Saturday.
The victors of Saturday's 2 p.m. game at in Patchogue will advance to the Small School Championship and face either Harborfields or John Glenn.
The Lady Mariners were first seeded in Class B and made quick work or the Center Moriches Lady Red Devils in the first round.
