Lisa Maria Falcone Charged After Bridgehampton Crash

Police say she was under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs.

Lisa Maria Falcone — a 48-year-old film producer and wife of hedge fund manager Phil Falcone — was under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs when she crashed in Bridgehampton on Saturday afternoon, according to police.

said they were called to the scene of the accident at 2:25 p.m. near the intersection of Montauk Highway and Hayground Road, where Falcone, driving a 2004 Mercedes four-door, struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Falcone was an executive producer of the Oscar-nominated film "127 Hours" and a producer of 2011's "Win Win" starring Paul Giamatti, according to IMDB.

Her husband, billionaire hedge fund manager Phil Falcone, was charged with fraud by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in June "for illicit conduct that included misappropriation of client assets, market manipulation, and betraying clients."

The Falcones have an estate in Sagaponack, which a contractor filed a $1.2 million lien against in March, according to Suffolk County records.

Lisa Maria Falcone now faces misdemeanor charges of driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of alcohol and drugs. She was arraigned in over the weekend and released on her own recognizance.

She appeared in court again Tuesday, and her case was adjourned to Oct. 3, according to court personnel.

The court is awaiting results of a blood test.

A 48-year-old Manhattan woman was under the influence of alcohol and prescription drugs when she crashed in Bridgehampton on Saturday afternoon, according to police.

Southampton Town police said they were called to the scene of an accident at the intersection of Montauk Highway and Hayground Road at 2:25 p.m. Saturday involving Lisa Maria Falcone.

Falcone was charged with driving while ability impaired by the combined influence of alcohol and drugs.

Police said no injuries occurred during the accident.

Falcone was arraigned in Southampton Town Justice Court.
