VIDEO: Police Dashboard Cam Depicts Kabot Sobriety Tests, Arrest
View the video of former Southampton Town Supervisor Linda Kabot's arrest on Labor Day 2009.
The judge in on charges of driving while intoxicated has ordered the video of her arrest be released to the media. The video is below, with portions of inactivity and silence removed. (The fact that microphones were turned off during her arrest and audio is missing is a point Kabot's attorney William Keahon is raising in her defense.)
