A Bridgehampton home, 2.3 acres in Water Mill and three different vacant lots in the North Sea area will be up for bid at next month's Suffolk County real estate auction in Hauppauge.
The Suffolk County Division of Real Property Acquisition and Management will hold an auction on 130 parcels throughout the county on Oct. 23 at the H. Lee Dennisson Building in Hauppauge. Nearly two dozen residential improved properties as well as a handful of commercial structures will be auctioned off.
Ninety-minute open houses will be held in early October at the locations which have been improved, including the Bridgehampton home, located at 137 Narrow Lane.
