Update: Pregnant Woman Dies in Bridgehampton Crash

A 31-year-old woman who was eight months pregnant died in a single-car crash Wednesday morning in Bridgehampton when the car she was driving struck a tree, police said.

Michelle Forbes-Greaves of Bridgehampton was driving south on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike at 8 a.m. when she crossed into the northbound lane, sideswiped a tree and then hit a second tree head on, according to . There were no passengers, police said.
