Village Police Log: Two Charged With DWI
The following information was supplied by the Southampton Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.
Southampton Village police arrest reports for the week ending Oct. 17:

Robin M. Jimenez, 25, of Southampton was arrested Wednesday at 11:50 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for multiple traffic infractions on Powell Avenue, according to police. He was held overnight for a morning arraignment and subsequently released on bail, police said.

Robert E. Gill, 43, of Southampton was arrested Friday at 12:45 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated after he was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Osborne Avenue in which he struck a tree and a parked vehicle, according to police. Gill was held pending a morning arraignment and then released.
