Village Police Log: DWI, Criminal Possession

DWI, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Noah V. Wilson, 21, of Southampton, was arrested Nov. 27 at 1:43 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and DWI, both misdemeanors. Police said they stopped Wilson for failing to maintain his lane of traffic while operating a 2009 Chevrolet northbound on North Sea Road. After further investigation, he was arrested and charged with DWI, police said. He was processed and held for morning arraignment.
