Recent arrest by Southampton Village police:
Driving While Intoxicated
• Michael R. Cuenca-Silva, 19, of Flanders, was arrested April 27 at 3:36 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said they stopped Cuenca-Silva for making an illegal U-turn while driving a 2000 Mitsubishi northbound on Main Street. Upon further investigation, Cuenca-Silva was charged, processed and held for morning arraignment, police said.
