• Dylan B. Brady, 19, of Lindenhurst, was arrested May 30 at 2:43 a.m. and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, both misdemeanors, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said they stopped Brady on County Road 39 for speeding. He was processed and released after posting $300 bail.

• Travis R. Smith, 21, of Greenport, was arrested June 4 at 6:58 p.m. and charged with unlawful possession of personal identification in the third degree, a misdemeanor. According to the state penal law, the charge relates to using someone else's banking and financial information or passwords.
