Village Police Log: Southampton Woman Smashed Out Windows at Hillcrest Home

Ashley S. Pressley, 23, of Southampton was arrested on Saturday at 1:07 p.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor. Pressley smashed out several windows of a Hillcrest Avenue residence after becoming angry with the resident, police said. She was processed and held for arraignment on April 17.

False Personation

Ramiro M. Rodriguez, 35, of East Hampton was arrested on April 7 at approximately 4:55 p.m. after he was stopped for traffic violations on Elm Street. Rodriguez provided officers with a fictitious name and date of birth, police said. After investigation it was discovered that Rodriguez was wanted by the , police said. Southampton Village police charged him with false personation and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, both misdemeanors. After processing on the local charges, Rodriguez was turned over to East Hampton Town police on the warrant.

Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle

Miguel A. Colon-Cruzado, 54, of Selden was arrested on Friday at 11:38am and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was in possession of a motor vehicle without the permission of the owner, police said. The defendant was processed and released on $100 bail to appear in on April 18.
