Village Police Log: Riverhead Man Reportedly Presents Fake License

The following information was supplied by the Southampton Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

Frank L. Salice, 38, of Hampton Bays, was arrested on Sept. 6 at 10:15 p.m.,and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument. Police said Salice was pulled over for a traffic stop and he was found to be in possession of heroin and a hypodermic instrument. He was processed and held for arraignment.

Milton E. Castaneda-Depaz, 33, of Riverhead, was arrested on Sept. 7 around 5:30 and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree - a felony - and false personation. Castenda-Depaz was pulled over for a traffic stop and reportedly presented to police a fraudulent Connecticut driver's license. He was processed and held for arraignment.

Margaret M. Dwyer-Bock, 51, of Milford, CT, was arrested on Spet. 10 just after midnight and charged with driving while intoxicated after she was allegedly involved in a minor motor vehicle accident. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. She was processed and held for arraignment.
