Village Police Log: Pair Caught With Cocaine

Also among the week's Southampton Village police reports, a Texan charged with DWI and two charged with larceny.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

• Ronald A. Farmer, 51, of Westhampton Beach, was arrested June 7 at 1:30 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Farmer was found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine.  He was processed and held for morning arraignment. 

• Nancy M. Farmer, 47, of Westhampton Beach, was arrested June 7 at 1:35 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor.  Police said they found Farmer to be in possession of cocaine.  She was processed and held for morning arraignment.

Driving While Intoxicated

• Greer H. Pagan, 42, of Houston, Texas, was arrested June 5 at 12:20 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.  Police said they stopped Pagan for driving a 2012 Infinity G37 eastbound on Hampton Road with no headlights on.  Upon further investigation, he was arrested, processed and held for morning arraignment, police said.

Larceny

• Carlos A. Garcia, 20, of Hampton Bays, was arrested June 11 at 1:16 p.m. and charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. 

• An 18-year-old Southampton man was arrested June 11 at 10:15 a.m. and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Police did not provide the man’s name.
