Village Police Log: Man Vandalized Gin Lane Home Over 3 Months

Also in the week's Southampton Village arrest reports, a Sag Harbor man is charged with possessing crack, and four are charged with DWI.

Arrest reports in Southampton Village from May 15 to May 21:

Criminal Mischief

• Naser Turkaj, 43, of East Quogue, was arrested May 15 at 11:15 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony. Police said Turkaj committed multiple acts of vandalism to a property on Gin Lane over a period of more than three months. He was processed and released after posting $200 bail.

Drug Possession

• David J. Ramunno, 50, of Sag Harbor, was arrested May 18 at 1:19 a.m. and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, all misdemeanors. During a traffic stop, police found Ramunno to have cocaine, crack-cocaine and a glass pipe, according to police. He was processed and held for morning arraignment.

Driving While Intoxicated

• David B. Fein, 21, of Water Mill, was arrested May 15 at 2:33 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police sais they stopped Fein in a 1998 BMW headed eastbound on County Road 39 for a vehicle and traffic violation. Upon further investigation, he was arrested, police said. He was held for morning arraignment.

• Justin A. Bottigliero, 22, of Hampton Bays was arrested May 17 at 12:59 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said they stopped Bottigliero for failing to maintain his lane of traffic while driving a 2003 Mitsubishi northbound on North Sea Road. Upon further investigation, he was arrested and held for morning arraignment.

• Eliana Y. Guarin, 23, of Montauk, was arrested May 20 at 1:03 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said they stopped Guarin for speeding westbound in a 2008 Nissan on Hill Street. Upon further investigation, she was arrested and held for morning arraignment.

• James Cervone, 51, of Dalton, Mass., was arrested May 21 at 12:36 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said they stopped Cervone for speeding in a 2011 Land Rover eastbound on Hampton Road. Upon further investigation, he was arrested and held for morning arraignment.
