Assault and Weapon Possession

Demetrios R. Halikias, 26, of Southampton was arrested Thursday at 12:58 a.m. and charged with assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, both misdemeanors. Police said Halikias was arrested after officers responded to his residence for a domestic dispute.

Aggravated DWI

Miles M. Tuttle, 21, of Greenwich, Conn. was arrested Friday at 3:50 a.m. and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
