Drug Possession
• Ernest H. Murphy Jr., 55, of Southampton, was arrested Nov. 19 at 10:46 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, both felonies, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor. Murphy was arraigned and remanded to the Suffolk County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
