Village Police Log: Dunkerley's Break-In Suspect Arrested

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southampton Village Police Department. It does not indicate guilt.

Burglary and Criminal Mischief

Jesus Emanuel Saldierna, 23, of Westhampton Beach was arrested July 20 at 10 a.m. and charged with burglary in the third degree, a felony, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor. Police said they recovered blood DNA that belonged to Soldierna, linking him to a May 21 burglary at in Southampton Village.

Assault

Wendy Quintero, 19, of Springs, was arrested July 19 at 10 a.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Quintero hit another female in the face, causing a cut that required stitches.

David J. Cutler, 29, of New York was arrested July 21 at 2:04 a.m. and charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Cutler punched another male in the face.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

Michael T. Devine, 22, of Bay Shore was arrested July 21 at 2:04 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor. Police said Devine was in possession of Adderall without a prescription.

DWI

Isabella K. Dorea, 21, of New York was arrested Saturday 4:08 a.m. and charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor.

Hector Sotomayer, 41, of Forest Hills was arrested Sunday at 2:09 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.

Theft of Services

Michael D. Butler, 52, of Wilmington, Delaware was arrested Sunday at 5 p.m. and charged with theft of services, a misdemeanor. Police said Butler ordered and ate a meal at in Southampton and left without paying for it.
