Village Police Log: Drug, DWI and Mischief Arrests Made

The following arrest information was supplied by the Southampton Village Police Department. It does not indicate guilt.

Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

Thomas C. Cuciti, 24, of Plainview was arrested Thursday at 12:19 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Peter J. Houck, 24, of Bethpage was arrested Thursday at 12:19 a.m. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Obstructing Governmental Administration

Corey D. Hobbs, 31, of Southampton was arrested Saturday at 5:21 a.m. and charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. Police said Hobbs interfered while officers were investigating a domestic incident. 

Criminal Possession of Marijuana

Kayla A. Herman, 19, of Southampton was arrested Saturday at 11:12 p.m. and charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

Criminal Mischief

Sean P. Doyle, 27, of Aquebogue was arrested Sunday at 2:19 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after he was observed damaging a rose trellis at Hildreth’s Department Store, police said.

DWI

James A. Woods, 30, of Astoria was arrested Tuesday at 3:01 a.m. and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor.

Petty Larceny

Gabriel L. Narveaz, 21, of Southampton was arrested June 7 at 8:29 p.m. and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor and harassment in the second degree, a violation.

The following arrest information was supplied by the New York State police. It does not indicate guilt.

Tyler Gore, 22, of Fairfield, Conn. was arrested June 9 at 2:25 a.m. and charged with DWI. State police said Gore was pulled over in a gray Pontiac for backing up unsafely on the southbound side of North Sea Road near County Route 39 in Southampton. A trooper detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and Gore failed sobriety tests, police said
