A pedestrian was transported to the hospital with minor injuries Friday after an accident with a vehicle in Bridgehampton, according to police.
Southampton Town Police Sgt. Howard Kalb said details of the accident, at 4:20 p.m., were not immediately available, but he could say that no detectives were sent to the scene and no measurements were taken. That indicates that accident was not life-threatening, he said.
Bridgehampton Fire Department Ambulance Company took the victim to Southampton Hospital. The accident was reported at the intersection of Oceans Road and Pauls Lane.
