A pickup truck driving on Montauk Highway in Water Mill rolled over on Thursday before 3:30 p.m.
The pickup, which was lying on its side, was clear of the roadway, in the shoulder of the eastbound lane, and Montauk Highway remained open. Bridgehampton Fire Department was first on scene, though the accident is in the Southampton Fire District.
Around 4 p.m., the pickup was rolled back upright.
This was the second rollover crash of the day for the area. Earlier Thursday, Bridgehampton Fire Department volunteers responded to a rollover crash on Millstone Road. Southampton Town police said there were minor injuries, if any.
