DWI
• On Aug. 4, police charged Bacilio Negrete-Gonzalez, 38 of Hampton Bays with DWI and Aggravated DWI. Police say they pulled Negrete-Gonzalez over on Sugarloaf Road in Southampton. He was initially stopped for moving from his lane unsafely.

• On Aug. 3, police charged Lisa Hemby-Ginsberg, 42 of Sag Harbor with DWI with a BAC of .08 and DWI. Police say they pulled Hemby-Ginsberg over on Noyac Road in Noyac for various traffic violations. Police say she was unsteady on her feet and had bloodshot eyes. She was also charged with having a suspended registration.
